Based on SLAM autonomous navigation and safe driving control, it can move between processes without relying on fixed infrastructure.
It can be combined with various top modules such as lifts and conveyors, providing a structure that can expand into a manufacturing automation system.

Integrated body and drive design for 400 kg payload transport
RBM-D400 applies a body structure and drive system designed for a 400 kg payload, maintaining stable driving performance even in heavy material transport environments. In-house drive technology and braking and safety design minimize load-related vibration during acceleration, deceleration, and stopping, delivering reliable transport performance for long repetitive operation.
SLAM-based autonomous navigation and precise path control
Sensor-fusion SLAM enables accurate localization and stable path generation in indoor manufacturing environments. Path-following algorithms, corner deceleration, and obstacle avoidance based on robot shape and turning radius enable predictable and safe autonomous driving in narrow aisles and repetitive routes.
Open operating structure for manufacturing automation expansion
RBM-D400 is designed for integration with on-board devices such as lifts and conveyors and can be expanded into a manufacturing automation system. It is built for connection with upper-level MES, WMS, and fleet management systems, allowing natural integration with existing facilities and operating environments.
Safety-centered design for manufacturing sites
A brake-release structure helps prevent unintended movement. Rounded body edges reduce collision risk with workers, while RGB LED indicators clearly show driving, stopped, and error states for better site awareness and safety.
Remote operation and real-time monitoring through web-based FMS
Robot operation and status management can be handled through a web browser without separate installation. Operators can access the system from PCs, tablets, and laptops to check logs, alerts, route settings, and status in real time.
Simulation-based pre-validation environment
Before deployment, routes and maps can be validated in a simulation environment based on Rainbow Robotics AMR software. SLAM navigation, path control, stop points, and obstacle avoidance can be tested before the physical robot is introduced, reducing initial deployment risk.
