RBM-D1000
RBM-D1000 is an industrial autonomous mobile robot platform designed for transporting ultra-heavy materials up to the 1000 kg class.
It supports stable autonomous driving and process integration in environments where heavy and large materials move repeatedly, including large manufacturing facilities, heavy industry, materials, and parts industries.
Key Features
Key Features
Integrated body and drive design for 1000 kg ultra-heavy transport
RBM-D1000 uses a large body structure and drive system designed for 1000 kg payloads, maintaining stable driving performance in ultra-heavy material transport. Large drive wheels, dual caster structure, and in-house drive, braking, and safety design minimize body sway during acceleration, deceleration, and stopping.
SLAM-based autonomous navigation and precise path control
Sensor-fusion SLAM enables accurate localization and stable path generation in indoor manufacturing environments. Path-following algorithms, corner deceleration, and obstacle avoidance based on robot shape and turning radius enable predictable autonomous driving in narrow process aisles and repeated routes.
Manufacturing automation expansion for large equipment integration
RBM-D1000 is designed to work with large lifts, conveyors, loading devices, and other on-board equipment. It can integrate with MES, WMS, and fleet management systems, making it suitable for large facilities and long-term operation.
Safety-centered design for large industrial sites
A brake-release structure helps prevent unintended movement. Rounded body edges reduce collision risk, and RGB LED indicators intuitively show driving, stopped, and error states.
Remote operation and real-time monitoring through web-based FMS
Robot operation and status management can be handled through a web browser without separate installation. Operators can access logs, alerts, route settings, and status in real time from PCs, tablets, and laptops.
Simulation-based pre-validation environment
Routes and maps can be tested before deployment using the common Rainbow Robotics AMR software environment. This reduces initial operation risk in manufacturing sites that require heavy material transport.
100% in-house ultra-heavy AMR platform
Core technologies including sensors, motors, control boards, and driving algorithms are designed in-house, providing stable quality, support, and long-term reliability.
