In assembly processes where parts must be aligned precisely in position, angle, and orientation, the robot’s precise position control performance ensures stable assembly quality. It can maintain high consistency even in assembly of sensitive mechanical parts sensitive to even minor deviations, as well as in multi-stage assembly operations.
Tasks that require different forces at each assembly stage, such as press-fitting, bolt fastening, and snap joining, are also performed accurately through force- and torque-based control. It is effective in reducing issues such as poor fastening, damage, and over-pulling, thereby improving product reliability.
It can flexibly integrate with assembly tools, press heads, vacuum and electric grippers, vision cameras, and other equipment needed for assembly, allowing detailed customization of assembly processes for each product type.
