4. I will not give or receive money, gifts, entertainment, or other unlawful benefits from business partners, suppliers, public officials, or other stakeholders.
5. I will make every effort to ensure the safety of products and services and to provide customers with safe products that meet industry standards.
6. I will not make false, exaggerated, or misleading advertisements, and I will accurately state ingredients, quality, performance, specifications, capacity, quantity, and other information in product labeling and advertising.
7. I will collect, process, and use personal information only for lawful business purposes and through lawful methods, and I will comply with all laws and regulations related to personal information handling.
8. I will not make improper requests or exercise influence in personnel matters, and I will not engage in sexual harassment or any conduct that harms the work environment.
9. I will protect Company assets and will not disclose trade secrets or business assets.
10. I will respect the assets and rights of others, including intellectual property rights, and will not infringe them through illegal acquisition, unauthorized use, damage, or similar conduct.
11. If I violate any of the above, I will accept the zero-tolerance principle for illegal conduct and take responsibility for all consequences arising from legal violations.
12. I fully understand the Company's compliance operation standards and voluntary compliance manual, and I will perform my duties in accordance with them.
