RBM-S100a is a compact AMR platform developed in-house across sensors, drive units, control boards, and autonomous navigation software. Its precision sensor configuration and drive system support stable driving and repeated operation in diverse environments.
Compact size with class-leading payload capacity
Its compact form is suited to narrow aisles and limited workspaces, while its high payload capacity improves logistics efficiency. Adjustable tray height supports flexible transport configurations for different sites and workflows.
SLAM-based autonomous navigation and precise path control
SLAM-based autonomous navigation provides accurate localization and stable path generation in indoor logistics environments. Path-following and obstacle-avoidance logic enable predictable, smooth driving in narrow aisles and repetitive routes.
Enhanced safety with multi-sensor configuration and 3D LiDAR option
2D LiDAR and a 3D camera are installed by default to detect obstacles and reduce collision risk. Low obstacles around 5 cm can also be detected, and the 3D LiDAR option enables more precise spatial awareness.
Remote operation and real-time monitoring through web-based FMS
A web-based FMS enables robot operation and status management without separate installation. Operators can check operating status, driving information, and alerts in real time from multiple devices.
Simulation-based pre-validation environment
Routes and maps can be validated before operation using the common Rainbow Robotics AMR software environment. SLAM navigation, path control, stop points, and obstacle avoidance can be checked before deployment.
