RB20-1800 provides a payload of up to 20 kg and a reach of 1800 mm. It is designed to handle wide work cells and heavy part handling processes efficiently.
With its long reach, one robot can perform transfer between multiple processes, machine tending, palletizing, and part handling, improving both production-line efficiency and space utilization.
The IP66-rated industrial environmental design supports stable automation even in manufacturing sites with dust, moisture, and washdown conditions.

Ultra-long 1800 mm reach
One of the longer-reach models in the RB series, it can cover wide work cells or multiple pieces of equipment with a single robot, expanding automation coverage.
Strong IP66 environmental protection
It can operate reliably in environments exposed to dust, moisture, and cutting fluids, including logistics warehouses, food manufacturing, outdoor work, and metalworking lines.
Precise motion quality with +/-0.05 mm repeatability
Despite its large size, it maintains precision and repeatability for palletizing patterns, machine loading, and large-part assembly.

Linux-based real-time ROS control maintains smooth trajectories and stable speed under heavy loads, with collision detection and gravity compensation included.

Standard interfaces such as M8 8-pin I/O, DIN 6-port PNP, and MBus RTU support easy integration with grippers, sensors, vision, and pneumatic equipment. A 5 m cable improves installation flexibility.
