Rainbow Robotics receives reports on unfair business handling, improper demands, corruption, and any violation of law or risk thereof.

Reports may be submitted either anonymously or under your real name. For anonymous reports, an investigation may not proceed
if the content is not specific or the factual basis is unclear.

The content of a report and the identity of the reporter are kept strictly confidential, and any disadvantageous measure based on the report is prohibited.

Reportable Matters

Fair Trade Act Violations

Conduct that harms the competitive order, including abuse of market dominance, collusion, or unfair trade.

Subcontracting Act and Technical Data Violations

Unfair conduct such as non-payment of subcontracting fees or improper request, disclosure, or leakage of technical data.

Dispatch Labor Act Violations

Conduct that violates rules on the use of workers, such as illegal dispatch or disguised subcontracting.

Trade Secret Infringement

Unauthorized acquisition, use, or disclosure of another company's non-public technology or information.

Anti-Corruption Law Violations

Conduct involving bribery, provision of money or valuables, or obtaining or providing improper benefits.

Labor Law Violations

Violations of labor laws such as unpaid wages or unfair dismissal.

Personal Information Protection Act Violations

Violations of personal information protection obligations, including unauthorized collection, use, or leakage of personal information.

Occupational Safety and Serious Accident Law Violations

Conduct that causes industrial accidents or serious incidents due to insufficient safety measures.
