Ethical Management
1. We will faithfully comply with Company regulations, the Code of Ethics, and all related rules, follow legitimate business instructions, and work diligently and sincerely while maintaining the dignity and order expected of Company employees.
2. We will perform our duties honestly and fairly, reject all irregularities, and will not engage in any corrupt or improper conduct.
3. If we are asked to engage in unethical conduct such as unfair transactions, corruption, or irregularities, or if we become aware of such conduct, we will report it without delay.
4. If cooperation is requested in an audit related to unethical conduct such as unfair transactions, corruption, or irregularities, we will fully cooperate, including by submitting relevant materials.
5. We understand this pledge as the minimum standard required for ethical decision-making and conduct, and we will independently judge and act in a way that aligns with the fundamental purpose of Rainbow Robotics' ethical management in all other matters.
